AJ is now my big 1st grader! He was pretty excited to pick out a nice shirt, pack his lunch, label his school supplies, and meet up with his buddy Lily at the bus stop. He came home with a positive report of Day 1.....likes his teacher and his new desk. He was pretty wiped out! His request for dinner was waffles. This may become an annual "First Day of School" meal in the Wang household.
I took the other boys to the Children's Museum. I actually enjoyed the Wizard of Oz exhibit (maybe because I saw Wicked this summer). Anyway, we missed AJ, but I'm very happy to be back into a routine again! Bring on the cool, crisp weather.
