Birthdays!

After the dedication, our families came over for lunch. We celebrated our nephews' birthdays. Happy 15th, Addison, & Happy 12th, Elliott! It was the first beautiful day we've had in a long time, so we broke in the picnic table. Then, after a little time playing at the park we rested up for Eden's birthday party. Happy 4th Birthday, Eden!

Dedication

We dedicated Micah to the Lord today. Faith Foley (Pastor John's daughter) was also dedicated. Our church is just a few months old, so these were the first dedications. (see our new website! livingstonescov.org) We were blessed by the presence of all our local extended family and many friends. Wow, when I stop to think about how blessed our boys are to be raised in such love, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude to God. Parenting is the greatest blessing of our lives, as well as the greatest challenge. I've already made so many mistakes, but each day I pray God's protection over my children, and wisdom in raising them. And just knowing that we have such an amazing support network, and positive examples for our boys to see, brings me deep peace. I feel very blessed today.

Babies

We had dinner at the Schimelpfenig's tonight. Their baby boy Jonah is 3 months old. AJ & Jordan have been toting their "babies" around for about a week, and they wanted to bring them to see baby Jonah. AJ decided they should be buckled in the back seat.

Micah's First Haircut

First haircut today! He wasn't so sure about the experience, but he warmed up to it after a couple minutes. These kid hairstylists are amazing.....she completed the haircut in less than 5 minutes. Micah no longer looks like a baby. He's a big boy now!

Baby Selah!

Congratulations to our good friends Scott and Kari.....they had a baby girl this weekend! Selah Ann is a healthy, beautiful baby. Blessings to the Harman family!

Our boys have been putting teddy bears in their shirts all weekend, pretending to have babies in their tummies.

Daddy Napping?

Believe it or not, Daddy is sleeping in this picture. The boys thought it would be fun to pile a bunch of cushions on top of him while he napped. If this picture captured sound, you'd hear snoring as proof that he was actually sleeping. We catch whatever sleep we can get these days.......
